Resolver is free to use - but why?
Resolver is completely free for consumers in India. We provide our services for absolutely no cost, hidden or otherwise. This is because Resolver has been built by consumers for consumers. We do not display advertisement, and we treat our consumers the way we would want to be treated.
When it comes to complaints, every consumer should have access to a fair and easy approach towards grievance redressal. We not just simplify the process for you, we also make sure that you get your due share.
How do we generate profits?
We work with businesses that strive to achieve higher levels of consumer satisfaction. These organisations promote Resolver to their customers – by providing them guidance on how to effectively raise a complaint. This helps companies deal with complaints faster and more effectively. Through our insights, we help organisations improve their services. We never share or use any personal data. We use trends to track user behaviour and identify how organisations can improve.
What do we use complaints data for?
Resolver uses complaints data to establish trends in consumer behaviour. We contribute statistics to media campaigns in order to support causes for the greater good. We do not publish private information. Twice a year, Resolver UK publishes information showing the total number of complaints submitted within broad sectors (such as telecom and retail). Resolver India will provide similar data soon. Unless an individual has been contacted by us and they've given their consent to be contacted by a media representative to examine their case, we do not publish private information. Similarly, we do not publish data about particular companies. This is in line with our strict code of ethics – outlined below.
We will never share your personal data – except with the organisation you have an issue with or the authority to whom you escalate your case.
Our ethos is to help people and businesses sort out problems quickly and simply. We believe we can use our knowledge to help businesses identify areas for improvement by learning from what their customers are telling them, while providing insight and guidance to help people avoid potential pitfalls in the first place.

We strongly believe in being open and transparent about everything we do – yet it’s just as important that the details of the people who use Resolver remain secure and confidential. We provide information about the complaints we frequently see, but never the details of the people behind each case.
