Know your rights

There’s no jargon in our rights guides. Instead, they’re full of the info you need to get things sorted. We’ll always be on hand with guidance and support to help you get the results you’re looking for.

Get your voice heard

You can be certain that you’re talking to the right person at the right time. We automatically connect you to contacts at thousands of household names, ombudsmen and regulators to find a resolution.

Your card might not be working because of non-activation, insufficient funds, suspicious transactions, wrong pin, expired card, or you might have reached the withdrawal limit.

You should notify the customer care through call to inquire about the same.  Most banks make these changes immediately to allow you to comfortably complete your payment. You can follow up via Resolver and can escalate the matter timely.

You should know

In order to get your concerns resolved in a timely manner, you must,

  • Contact the card provider via their customer care number or you may also email them on their website. Make sure you disclose all relevant information and provide the required documents.
  •  Alternatively, you can speak to the branch officials for resolution of your issues or register your grievances through the complaint book available in the branches.
  • If you are not satisfied with the response, you may escalate the matter to the Principal Nodal Officer of the Bank.
  • If still not satisfied you are free to approach the Banking Ombudsman as appointed by the RBI.
  • As the last resort, you may take the bank to the Consumer Court.
