If you are using Rapid Metro (Gurgaon) Rail services -


  1. Each station has customer care desks where you can file your complaint. The staff will personally assist you to resolve your dispute at the earliest.
  2. You can also call them on their customer care number provided on the website or send an email to file a complaint.
  3. If you are not satisfied with their response, you can forward your complaint to an appropriate consumer forum.


If you are using Mumbai Metro Rail services -


  1. In order to achieve possible customer satisfaction, customer care desks have been established at all Mumbai metro stations to address customer complaints.
  2. You can also call or email them with your queries or feedback or suggestions.
  3. If you are not satisfied with their response, you can forward your complaint to an appropriate consumer forum.


If you are using Bangalore Metro Rail services -


  1. With a view to submitting your issue, you can either call them on their toll-free number provided on the official website or drop an email.
  2. You can also fill a form online to explain your grievance with necessary details.

If you are using Kolkata Metro Rail services -


  1. If you want to file a complaint, contact the concerned station master to submit your grievance. The list of all the station masters with their contact information is provided.

If you are using Chennai Metro Rail services -


  1. There is a complaint form on their official website through which you can file your complaint. No queries are entertained through this form. Only serious complaints are addressed by the Chennai Metro Rail department.
  2. Make sure to provide all the details asked in the form for quick processing of the complaint.
